Saskatoon residents are now able to access an online dashboard for drinking water advisories.
The City of Saskatoon has launched a website that allows people to get more timely updates on the status of drinking water advisories, as it is linked to the City’s internal system.
The dashboard, which will be updated at minimum twice a day, includes addresses impacted, cause of advisory, and issued date. The site is split into three sections; yellow indicates current drinking water advisories, green indicates lifted drinking water advisories, and red will display emergency boil water orders if issued by the province.
Door tags will still be used to make residents aware of an advisory and to let them know when one has been lifted.
