Prince Albert Police say an 18 year old man was arrested on Thursday and is charged with second degree murder in connection to the investigation of that City’s second homicide of the year. Officers responded to a report of an injured man at an encampment in the 300 block of 18th Street East on July 22nd. Police report that 42 year old Ponch Tyson Thomas Bird was found injured, but he succumbed to those injuries. Garrisen Clarke is also charged with attempted murder and discharging a firearm with intent related to a second victim from the same incident.

On August 8th, Prince Albert Police arrested 26 year old Loni McCuaig in relation to this investigation. She is charged with assault with a weapon.
