A 44-year-old Regina man is facing charges in connection to an investigation by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit. Officers began investigating in January and then on February 22nd, a search warrant was executed at a home in Regina and electronic devices were seized.

Todd Harder is charged with possession of child pornography, making child pornography available, and making an arrangement to commit a sexual offence against a child. He was release from custody on numerous conditions and appears next in court on June 7th.
