Esterhazy RCMP continue to investigate a fatal train accident, with assistance from a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist and CP Police Service. Just before 7 in the evening on Friday, officers received a report of train-SUV collision at a crossing in Churchbridge. The 41-year-old man driving the SUV was pronounced dead by EMS at the scene.

Two youth, a boy and a girl, were taken to hospital. The boy’s injuries were described as serious but non-life threateing and the girl’s were non-life threatening.
