The Saskatoon Open Door Society is receiving federal support to provide digital training for immigrant women starting their own businesses.
The training is part of the Women’s Business Hub (WBH), which is designed to increase the participation of immigrants and refugees in the economy.
The unique program fills a gap in the current entrepreneurship ecosystem. The CEO of the Saskatoon Open Door Society says greater digital literacy will allow the small businesses to access more sales opportunities in Saskatoon and across the country
