The Saskatoon Police has offered more details in regards to an incident at the Home Depot on Circle Drive Thursday morning.

In a statement emailed to CJWW News, the SPS says they were called to the 700 block of Circle Drive around 9:20 a.m.

According to police, a business had reported receiving a threat regarding public safety at its building. Patrol officers and a member of the Explosive Disposal Unit attended and after investigating, determined there was no threat to public safety.

Other media reports indicated vehicles entering the lot Thursday morning were being redirected back out. Staff members and customers could be seen waiting in the parking lot while police investigated.
