The City of Saskatoon says repairs are complete on a sinkhole in the southbound lanes of Broadway Avenue near 8th Street.

The roadways in the area have been re-opened to traffic.

The City says a leaky water connection pipe in the southwest corner of the intersection caused the road to collapse and is repaired now. The repair location will remain gravel-covered until paving can be scheduled, which could be up to three weeks.
