A Lashburn, Saskatchewan, native is one of two men arrested and charged following a break and enter in January at a business near Marwayne, Alberta.
He is 28-year-old Josh Thorne of Lashburn, along with 24-year-old Murray Young of Vermilion County.
Thorne was arrested shortly after the incident on January 23, found in the area where a truck that he and Young stole from the Marwayne business was discovered by Kitscoty R-C-M-P a short distance from the business in a ditch.
Young has since been arrested. Both will appear in Lloydminster Provincial Court on March 8, each facing charges of break and enter, theft of truck, disguise with intent and drive while suspended.
