There will be Saskatchewan content among the 16 duos taking part in the 2022 Canadian Mixed Doubles Trials in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
But, none of the three Saskatchewan competitors are paired up with one another for the event that runs December 28 through January 2. The winning couple will represent Canada at the Beijing Olympics. Nancy Martin of Saskatoon qualified with Tyrel Griffith of Kelowna, B-C. Catlin Schneider of Regina is paired with Shannon Birchard of Winnipeg while Kirk Muyres of Regina and Laura Walker of Edmonton are a duo.
