A handful of flights to and from Saskatoon have been cancelled today (tues). Skyxe’s website says three WestJet flights set to depart from the John G. Diefenbaker Airport have been cancelled. That includes one to Calgary, one to Edmonton and one to Winnipeg. An Air Canada flight to Toronto has also been delayed. Three WestJet arrivals into Saskatoon have been cancelled. Those were flights coming in from Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg.
The cancellations come as the city is being hit by a winter storm that is expected to bring 10 to 15 centimetres of snow accumulation before Wednesday morning.
