The accident east of Alsask that closed Highway 7 for about 7 hours on Wednesday was a fatal one. Around 6:45 a.m., Kindersley RCMP responded. It was determined an RV and a car collided and both vehicles caught fire.
The driver of the car, a 40 year old Saskatoon man, was declared dead on the scene. His family has been notified. The driver of the RV received non life threatening injuries.
Kindersley RCMP and the Saskatchewan RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstruction Unit continue to investigate.
