Dr. Naylor is a veterinarian who is an instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, who has lived in many different countries, which he feels gives him different perspectives on how things can be handled at the City level. Naylor and his family are long time residents of Saskatoon.

His priorities are holding taxes to the rate of inflation, environmental initiatives like green home renovation grants, improved roads and sidewalks, and accountability. He promises to make sure all items in the annual budget are appropriate for the city’s current needs.

Naylor doesn’t believe in giving big subsidies to highrise developments which are sold as high end buildings. He considers that giving to the rich and taking from the poor.
