Adam Beckman (pictured) has been busy while on-ice hockey has been quiet.
The Saskatoon product signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the N-H-L’s Minnesota Wild Monday. While salary figures weren’t released, Cap Geek says the 18-year-old forward will earn the entry-level maximum of $925,000 dollars per season once he plays in the N-H-L. Beckman was named the winner of the W-H-L scoring title as the league’s season was cancelled before it was completed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Spokane star posted 107 points, including 48 goals. He was selected in the third round of the 2019 Draft by Minnesota.
