Saskatchewan Polytechnic has appointed Dr. Has Malik as the new provost and vice-president, Academic.

Dr. Malik joined Sask Polytech in June 2018 as dean for the School of Business, School of Information and Communication Technology and Department of Arts and Sciences.

Dr. Malik says he is excited by the opportunity and notes that the school works hand-in-hand with industry providing expertise in applied research.  He says he is looking forward to working with industry to ensure graduates have the skills needed to succeed and industry has the right employees to do the job.
