Saskatoon Police say a construction worker who had decided to sleep in a van attached to a construction traile in the northwest part of the city, because of thefts in the area, was woken up shortly before 3 this morning when he heard noises. He called police but moments later a suspect actually came into the trailer. Police along with the canine unit quickly arrived on scene and a 28 year old Saskatoon man is in custody facing charges of break and enter.
