A massive police investigation in British Columbia has resulted in charges of Conspiracy, drug charges and Possession charges involving drugs, proceeds of crime, and a firearm. It began in 2017 with the shooting of an innocent bystander in Surrey. The investigation spread to Vernon and Kelowna. Several RCMP departments were involved. In the end, cell phones, drugs, six firearms, and $177 thousand cash were seized.
Charged are Tien Roy Mai Dang, Noah Didhra, and Abd’l Malik Loubissi-Morris
In addition to these charges, Loubissi-Morris is charged with Attempted Murder. An arrest warrant has been issued for Didhra.
