Wollaston Lake RCMP say a couple of inebriated passengers on a commercial flight heading to Wollaston Lake lead to the seizure of a significant amount of booze.

RCMP discovered 18 – 26 oz bottles of whiskey and vodka, and 8 -24 ounce soda bottles filled with whiskey as well as a bottle of whiskey/water mixed.

Two men from Wollaston Lake were taken into custody and released once sober. They’ve been charged under the Alcohol and Gaming Act of Saskatchewan.

The alcohol was allegedly secreted away under their clothing and in their luggage.
