On March 22nd, Greenwater RCMP responded to a break and enter and theft at Marean Lake, Saskatchewan. Suspects entered the home where two elderly people were sleeping at time.
The suspects then proceeded to steal two pellet guns, a purse, and keys to the couple’s vehicle.
The suspects then fled the scene in the couple’s Buick Enclave and another stolen vehicle. RCMP quickly recovered the damaged vehicle and arrested 3 suspects.
Three youth from the Yellow Quill First Nation were charged with break and enter and theft, theft of a motor vehicle and mischief under 5 thousand dollars.
An 11 year old was also involved but can’t be charged due to their age.
The suspects are set to appear in Rose Valley Provincial Court on May 16th.
