The Saskatoon Hilltops renew their intense rivalry with the Thunder this Sunday in Regina.

Both won their Prairie Football Conference season openers on the road last weekend…the Toppers tripped up Winnipeg 34-20 while Regina erased an eight-point half-time deficit to win 34-21 in Edmonton against the Wildcats.

Sunday’s game will feature the two top-rated quarterbacks after the P-F-C’s opening weekend of play. Regina’s Blake Scherle was the conference’s offensive player of the week after completing close to 70-percent of his passes with three touchdowns in the win over the Wildcats. Saskatoon’s Tyler Herman also tossed three touchdown passes in the Toppers victory in Winnipeg.

The broadcast on 92.9 THE BULL Sunday begins at 2;30 with the opening kick-off from Mosaic Stadium slated for 3 p.m.
