A 73 year old Regina man is facing a fifth charge of sexual assault alleged to have occurred while he was a practicing physician. Sylvester Ukabam was first charged last November from alleged previous incidents. A 42 year old woman alleges she was sexually assaulted under the pretense of conducting a physical exam even though an examination had nothing to do with her medical issue. The date range for the alleged offences for the 5 women is between January 1st of 2010 to January 1st of 2015. Ukabam appeared in court on this charge on Monday.
