Prince Albert Police say their suspect was nude when they attended a disturbance call at a business on the 500 block of 15th Street East around seven o’clock last night (sun). The caller said there was someone inside the store, hallucinating and destroying property. Police say the suspect ignored verbal commands from the officers and tried to flee on foot. Officers arrested a 50 year old man. They allege he continued to struggle with police while being taken to a patrol car. The suspect is charged with Mischief, Assaulting a Police Officer, Obstruction, Indecent Act, and Breach of a Court Order. He is in court today (mon).
