The countdown to the Kinsmen Foundation’s Telemiracle 43 has begun.
Highlights including some of the cast members were announced today (Fri) with the broadcast across the province from Saturday evening to Sunday, March 1st and 2nd.
The pre-show called Countdown to Telemiracle will be broadcast on YouTube as of 6:30 Saturday, and then the 20 hour broadcast on television begins at 9 o’clock from TCU Place in Saskatoon.
Kinsmen has announced some new National Cast members including singer Lisa Moen of Saskatoon, the Osmond Davis Band from Manitoba, and children’s performer, Fred Penner.
Some of the returning regulars are Beverly Mahood, Brad Johner & The Johner Boys, and Jeffrey Straker.
There will be over 76 Saskatchewan acts taking part in the show and Nutrien has announced it will match all donations that these local artists bring to Telemiracle up to a total of $150-thousand.
Proceeds from Telemiracle help individuals and organizations with special needs equipment and access to medical assistance.
