American Express is out with its 2019 destination hot list ; 41 must-see travel destinations for this year and Saskatoon makes the list. The website says Saskatoon is in the midst of its swagger moment. It also says Saskatoon, “Has an embarrassment of hyper-local and indigenous riches packed into its small town of 250 thousand.” The piece says you can gorge on the robust food and micro brewery culture and go highbrow as well, with a burgeoning modern art scene, thanks in part to the Remai Modern Museum. Saskatoon is the only Canadian location to make the list.
