This morning (sun) around 12:45, Regina Police attempted to stop a vehicle in the 400 block of Lorne Street.
The suspect stopped momentarily, although once officers exited their vehicle, the driver attempted to leave the scene by speeding away.
While trying to evade police, the suspect struck an unoccupied police vehicle.
The suspect then drove a short distance from the accident before leaving his vehicle.
Following a short foot chase, police arrested the suspect.
A search of the suspect and his vehicle led to the discovery of a large amount of cocaine, crystal meth and marijuana.
52 year old Jean St. Germain is facing multiple charges including evading police.
He will appear in court tomorrow (mon).
