The case of a Calgary man accused in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash returns to court today (Tues). Jaskirat Singh Sidhu is charged with 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm. The lawyer for the 29-year-old was granted a one month adjournment during the last appearance in Melfort Provincial Court. The accident involving a semi happened April 6th near Tisdale while the team was travelling to an SJHL playoff game in Nipawin.
