A Prince Albert Police officer has been suspended with pay after being convicted for Impaired Driving today (Fri).
The P.A. Police Service says the suspension is required to allow an internal administrative review of the Court’s decision.
The review will also consider the Saskatchewan Municipal Police Discipline Regulations Act and it will respect Constable Brett Henry’s ability to appeal.
The opportunity for appeal expires 30 days after sentencing.
