A Moose Jaw company has been fined $17 thousand plus a surcharge of $6,800 after pleading guilty to one count under the Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Lorne Tardif, operating as Elite Eavestroughing made the plea in connection with a workplace fatality on June 16, 2017. A worker fell from the roof of a house while taking measurements.
