Last Saturday morning, just after midnight, Saskatoon Police nabbed a speeder on Circle Drive near Taylor Street. The 17 year old driver was clocked at 176 kilometres per hour in the 90 zone. His reward? A $1,201 fine. He was also charged with failing to produce his licence. And his car was impounded.
