There was a ribbon cutting ceremony this morning (tues) at the Bridge on 20th Fellowship Centre. The Christian street mission has undergone renovations and rejuvenation of its space. The Bridge offers about three hundred meals a day, showers, clothing, haircuts, life-skills development, programming and accountability for those living with addictions. It’s all free, provided by volunteers and financial supporters. The bridge was able to purchase its building in 2014. The total cost, including the renovations was $2.6 million.
