The Saskatoon Police Guns and Gangs Unit was in action Wednesday when they spotted a man wanted on outstanding warrants, enter a yard on the 600 block of 4th Avenue North around 9:15 in the morning. Police took him into custody after he allegedly placed a duffel bag at the side of the house. Police say they confiscated a loaded, sawed off shotgun from the duffel bag. The 34 year old is facing 15 firearms-related charges. Police executed a search warrant at the house and say they seized a second firearm and 178 rounds of ammunition. A 29 year old woman is facing a variety of firearms related charges.
