Regina Police have a man in custody after a report came in about someone causing a disturbance outside of a school involving a man with a firearm on Thursday. Students had already left for the day but school staff and administrators were still inside so they locked down the building on the 600 block of Elphinstone Street. Police found a suspect matching the description but he was not armed. He was arrested without incident. The matter remains under investigation.
