The Saskatoon Hilltops have something special lined up for their next home game.

Darian Durant will be at SMF Field for the annual end-zone dinner when the Toppers host the Regina Thunder on September 22nd.

The former Rider quarterback will do a question-and-answer session with CJWW’s Dave Thomas and field some questions from the audience.

The event will also include opening comments from Head Coach Tom Sergeant.

Proceeds from the event which includes dinner at 5:15 p.m., will go to the Hilltops scholarship fund. The team awards about 50-thousand dollars each season for player scholarships so they can focus on school and football.

The gates will open at 4:15 p.m.

Tickets are $100 each or $825 for a table of nine.

This Sunday the 2-0 Toppers take on the Rifles in Winnipeg. Opening kick-off is at 11 a.m. our time with the broadcast on 92.9 THE BULL signing on at 10:30 a.m.
