The first three days of the Saskatoon Ex have seen an increase in attendance from last year.
From Tuesday through Thursday, 87,423 people went through the gates, which is up slightly from last year with a total of 86,100.
Attendance for Thursday was also up slightly, with a 0.5 per cent increase to 24,443 checking out the rides and witnessing the sights of the Ex.
With the heatwave, Prairieland Park is urging those taking in the Ex to check out the shaded rest areas and cool off in the air conditioned buildings.
Tonight at the Grandstand, Tim Hicks will take the stage.
