Saskatoon Police say the man injured after being beaten up this morning is 37 years old and is being treated in hospital for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Officers were called to Avenue H and 33rd Street around 7:15 a.m. this morning (mon) when witnesses reported an injured man. Initial reports indicate the victim had been attacked with a hammer and a knife. Patrol and Canine officers commenced a search and located two men nearby who were taken into custody. Charges are pending. ime.
