A 35 year old man from the Regina area has drowned at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park Saturday night around 7:30. Moose Jaw RCMP say he had been attending a family gathering when he entered the water and began struggling. A bystander was able to bring him ashore, where several people including RCMP officers, administered CPR. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
