Maidstone RCMP reported an accident on Highway 17 around five o’clock Sunday afternoon. It happened about eight kilometers north of Lloydminster. Both lanes were blocked and police were asking drivers to find alternate routes or expect extensive delays while emergency crews were there and because of the ongoing investigation. Nothing else has been released.
