Leader RCMP are looking for a red S-U-V (pictured) that allegedly impersonated a police vehicle and attempted a traffic stop near Lancer.

According to an RCMP news release, a truck was pulled over on Highway 32 Tuesday night after the S-U-V approached with flashing red and blue lights.

No one from the S-U-V approached the truck, and the driver eventually left.

RCMP say the S-U-V, described as red with silver rims, is not connected to police and has not been located.
