Saskatoon’s municipal golf courses are beginning their annual run towards shutting down for 2026.
The final day for play at Holiday Park’s Executive 9 is October 12, while Holiday Park’s Championship 18, Silverwood, and Wildwood courses are all scheduled to close October 18. The driving ranges at Holiday Park and Silverwood will remain open until October 25. The City says all closing dates are weather dependent. In addition, Holiday Park’s pro shop will remain open through the winter for gift cards, season passes and Club 6-pack purchases. Following is the news release from the City of Saskatoon…..

The City of Saskatoon’s three golf courses (Holiday Park, Silverwood and Wildwood Golf Courses) are preparing to close for the season.
The last day of operation at each course is as follows:
Holiday Park Golf Course
- Executive 9 – Monday, October 12, 2026
- Championship 18 – Sunday, October 18, 2026
- Driving Range – Sunday, October 25, 2026
Silverwood Golf Course
- Front & Back 9 – Sunday, October 18, 2026
- Driving Range – Sunday, October 25, 2026
Wildwood Golf Course
- Front & Back 9 – Sunday, October 18, 2026

The City would like to thank all patrons for their support this year. Holiday Park Golf Course pro shop will remain open throughout the winter season for Club 6 pack, gift card and season pass purchases during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.
