Regina Police are asking for help locating three-year-old Starla Badger and 23-year-old Stacey Badger.

The two were last seen around two Saturday afternoon in the 11-hundred block of McTavish Street.

Starla was wearing a beige shirt, floral leggings and light-up Hello Kitty shoes.

Stacey was wearing a white or beige hoodie and blue jeans.

Police say Stacey is considered at risk, while Starla is considered vulnerable because of her age.
