The Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry is bringing its food security study to Saskatchewan this week.

Senators will be in Saskatoon on Monday and Tuesday meeting with food access groups, researchers and agri-food innovators.

The goal is to gain first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities facing Canada’s food system as the committee examines ways to strengthen food security nationwide.
