Saskatoon residents who want a new way to keep track of City notices online can look forward to the launch of a new service from the City.
MyProperty is a digital way to have future and past City notices, such as property tax notices, assessment notices, and utility billing, in one place. Information on utilities can go back two years. Property tax notices and assessment notices can go back seven years.
Paper notices will still be available after the launch of the new service. People won’t need to do anything if they would like to stick to paper notices.
City of Saskatoon Director of Corporate Revenue, Mike Voth, says everyone who is looking for an online way to manage City notices is encouraged to set up an account.
“If it’s a new customer, someone who didn’t have an account with us prior to the launch date, they’ll be able to contact our quarter revenue contact centre to get an access code as well.”
Voth adds that the service is expected to be launched in mid-September or early October depending on how testing goes.
Access codes for the MyProperty account have already started to be sent out and can be found on the bottom of utility bills, 2026 property tax notice, or their 2026 Assessment notices. MyProperty will also replace the My Utility Account service when it is launched.
