Following the closure of Prairie Harm Reduction in April, the Saskatchewan NDP is calling on the provincial ministers of mental health and social services to come view the aftermath.  

The NDP says 20th Street in Saskatoon has become even more overrun with an unprecedented drug crisis, and the ministers are failing to take any meaningful action.   

A letter sent by both ministers illustrates that conditions have deteriorated significantly since April. On the 9th, the organization announced that it was shutting its doors due to a significant financial shortfall. This came after both Health Canada and the Province decided to cease funding.
