Melville Street in Saskatoon will be completely closed for sewer construction starting this week.
Crews will begin work on the Melville Street Sanitary Trunk project. This means Melville Street will be closed at the Jasper Avenue South intersection.
The new sanitary sewer infrastructure is being installed as part of an effort to improve the system’s capacity.
The project is estimated to take about two and a half months, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
