A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a break-and-enter at a home, not once, but twice in the same day.
On Friday at 7:30 p.m., Regina Police officers were called to the 1600 block of Badham Boulevard for a report of a break and enter that had occurred earlier in the day. The victim reported the suspect entered her bedroom, noticed her awake in her bed, and quickly exited the room.
Following that encounter, police say an iPad and alcohol were reported missing. Video surveillance confirmed a male suspect entering and exiting the home.
Officer say within minutes of leaving, police were dispatched back to the same address for a man attempting to gain entry again. Jesse Kroeskamp was arrested and made his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Monday.
