RCMP are providing an update on the accident they were called to early Tuesday morning eight kilometres south of North Battleford.

Today at 2:15 a.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of a single-vehicle rollover on Highway #4.

Officers responded along with local fire and EMS. Both people in the vehicle were transported to hospital by EMS with non-life threatening injuries.

Highway #4 was reduced to one lane for initial investigation, but both lanes are now open.

Battlefords RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
