A 45-year-old Regina man has been arrested after he was reported throwing rocks at the complainant’s vehicle.
On Sunday at 10:45 p.m., police were dispatched to Froom Crescent for a report of a mischief.
As officers arrived and approached the suspect, he became confrontational, reaching into his pocket and pulling out what appeared to be a firearm before pointing it at the officer.
The officer determined it was an imitation firearm and safely brought the suspect into custody without further incident. The item was determined to be a lighter.
Maurice Johnson made his first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court Monday.
