Making Grub with the Dub – Episode 71 – Pizza Hot Dogs
Ingredients: 4 wieners
3 oz pepperoni slices
4 hot dog buns
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
Cook the wieners in the air fryer for about 5 minutes.
While they cook, open the buns and spread pizza sauce inside each one.
Place most of the pepperoni slices in a line down each bun.
Add a cooked wiener into each bun on top of the pepperoni.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top.
Add the chopped bacon pieces.
Finish with the remaining pepperoni slices.
Place the assembled hot dogs back into the air fryer.
Cook at 380°F for about 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
Serve immediately.
