It will take about three weeks to complete resurfacing the Highway 7 lanes from CP Rail to 22nd Street West.
There will be five traffic restrictions over that period with the first one going today and tomorrow in the Highway 7 Northbound curb lane from CP Rail to Hart Road.
Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the area. If all goes well, all of the work should be complete by June 11th.

- Highway 7 NB curb lane from CP rail to Hart Road starting Tuesday, May 26 to Wednesday, May 27
- Highway 7 NB median lane from CP rail to Hart Road starting Thursday, May 28 to Friday, May 29
- Highway 7 NB full closure from Hart Rd to 22nd Street W SE Ramp starting Monday, June 1 to Thursday, June 4.
- Highway 7 SB curb lane from 22nd Street W SW Ramp to CP rail starting Friday, June 5 to Sunday, June 7.
- Highway 7 SB median lane from 22 Street W SW Ramp to CP rail starting Monday, June 8 to Thursday, June 11.
This project is expected to take three weeks to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
