RCMP have a picture of a person believed to be possibly perpetrating the grandparent scam.

Battlefords RCMP are asking the public to help confirm the identity of the individual in the photo which is in our online story.

Police would also like to speak with anyone who may have seen them in North Battleford on April 20th, at approximately 2:00 p.m.

The individual is described as a male with dark hair, and was wearing dark-coloured clothing, shoes and sunglasses on April 20.

Battlefords RCMP are asking anyone with information to contact Battlefords RCMP at 310-RCMP. Information can also be submitted anonymously by contacting Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
