Meghan Patrick has canceled her summer tour dates due to pregnancy complications.
Meghan and her husband, Mitchell Tenpenny, are expecting a baby girl this fall.
She says after dealing with complications, hospital visits, and anxiety following a previous miscarriage, she realized it was time to slow down and focus on her health and family.

The season finale of American Idol aired last night, featuring hometown concerts for the final three contestants.
One of the biggest moments came when finalist Hannah Harper was performing “Heads Carolina, Tails California” and got surprised onstage by Jo Dee Messina herself.
Hannah was so shocked she could barely keep singing.
She also teamed up with Lee Ann Womack for “I Hope You Dance” — and later went on to win the season.
